- Apples (cubed) 2
- Walnuts crushed 1 cup
- Potatoes (cubed) 2
- Raisins 1 cup
- Boiled Peas 1/2 cup
- Carrots (cubed) 1
- Pineapple (cubed) 3 slices
- Cabbage chopped 1 cup
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- White Pepper as required

Cooking Directions
- Whisk the mayo along with the cream, salt, white and black pepper and sugar until well mixed.
- Now put all vegetables, raisins and walnuts in a bowl along with the apples and pineapple.
- Pour over the salad dressing and mix well to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
