Her diet is the secret behind her healthy skin and beautiful body. She stays away from fattening food. Her diet mostly consists of boiled vegetables over fried food. She even prefers brown rice over the regular variety as the high fiber content not only encourages her to eat less but also aids in burning more fat. And she sticks to her practice of eating several but small meals over 3 large meals religiously.
The glam queen will admit to the fact that she has never been fitness freak and has never worked greatly towards having a lean and toned body. The only time you will find her in a very fit look is if your watching Dhoom 2!
She admits that these days she even rarely practices yoga. But during the days when she was a regular face in the movies, she made it a point to begin her day with a brisk morning walk followed by light exercises and power yoga.
