Every one loves pizza and this recipe is a twist. Yes make pizza in shape of cupcakes. You can give it in your kid's lunch box as well

Ingredients

• For Pizza Cups Dough
• All purpose flour 1 cup
• Yeast 1 tsp
• Salt 1/8 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Oil 1 tsp
• Warm water to knead
• For Filling
• Pizza sauce ½ cup
• Pepperoni slices ¼ cup
• Italian sausages 250 gm (cooked and drained)
• Mozzarella cheese ½ cuP

Cooking Directions

1. For Pizza Cups Dough: Put all purpose flour in a bowl, mix in yeast, salt, sugar and oil.
2. Add water and knead a soft dough. Set aside to rise about 45 minutes.
3. Pre heat oven to gas mark 5 and 190 C and grease muffin tray keep aside.
4. In a bowl put pizza sauce, sausages, pepperoni and 2 tbsp of cheese mix all.
5. Now take out dough on floured surface and divide into 8 triangles.
6. Insert into greased muffin tray and spoon 2 tsp of prepared mixture into each lined cups.
7. Top with 2 tsp of grated cheese and allow to bake for about 12-15 minutes or till golden.
8. Remove and serve.
