Paneer Bharay Parathay

Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese 2 packets
  • Flour 2 cup
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken fillets 2 (boiled)
  • Black pepper 2 (whole)
  • Red chili flakes ½ tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • White cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Green chilies 8 (chopped)
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil or clarified butter as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl add flour, all purpose flour, some salt and 2 tbsp oil.
  2. Mix it and make dough.
  3. Grate the cottage cheese.
  4. Boil chicken fillets with whole black pepper and boil it.
  5. Once boiled cut it into pieces.
  6. Mix together grated cottage cheese, salt, red chili flakes, crushed black pepper, cumin, mint leaves, green chilies and lemon juice.
  7. Mix it together.
  8. Roll the dough and make chapatti.
  9. Put the mixture over it and cover it with the other chappati.
  10. Fry it till it is golden brown and serve.
