Green Tea

You Will Need
  • 2 teaspoons green tea leaves or green tea bag
  • A cup of hot water
What You Have To Do
  1. Steep the green tea in the hot water for a few minutes.
  2. Strain and have this tea while it is still warm.
Honey and lemon are good additions to enhance the flavor of this herbal tea.
How Often You Should Do This
Drink three to four cups of green tea in a day.
